Our next cohort of Ready For Work program for young adults ages 18-25 begins in September of 2026.

  • The program serves young adults living in our community who are currently not working in their ideal career or who are unemployed.

  • During the program, participants will receive generalized instruction for job readiness as well as individualized attention to create a plan moving forward to achieve their employment goals. Hands-on workshops focused on physical and mental health, and core competencies for employability will equip young adults for the workforce, and to more towards independence and flourishing.

  • Participants will receive a weekly stipend for their participation in the program.

  • Following the 6 week intensive, participants will have the opportunity to apply for Ready2Lead, be connected to work, receive scholarships for further education, or be connected to another job program leading to further education in a specific field.

Volunteer

Our Ready4Work program is dependent on amazing volunteers from the professional and local community.

Each day, we offer hands-on workshops led by local leaders, on topics ranging from resume-building to healthy habits, time management, professional communication, and more.

Interested in sharing your knowledge with our amazing students? We would love to have you!

Ready2Lead

In 2026, we are launching our new Ready2Lead program, led by Leroy Barber in partnership with The Voices Project.

Ready2Lead is a 6 month program for 6 students focusing on leadership development and spiritual formation.

Are you Ready2Lead?

Participants will be equipped in leadership grounded in character, discernment, and courage. This is not abstract theory but formation that shapes how leaders think, make decisions, and act in the real world.

They will be entrusted with direct leadership over meaningful work and faith engagement. Leadership is learned by doing, and these leaders will carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and discover their own capacity to lead with wisdom and integrity.

They will be exposed to broader leadership across the country and around the world, expanding their imagination and helping them understand their place in a global community.

Housing

Our Housing program supports in-transition young adults with housing and case management services to support them in attaining overall stability. Designed for students ages 18-25 who are graduates of Ready4Work or other Blueprint 58 programs, our housing is located on the 3rd floor of our community center and offers a 6 or 12 month program.

Scholarship Program

Our scholarship program supports students who have participated in other Blueprint 58 programs, and are seeking higher education. We offer scholarship support for both two and four year programs, along with mental health support and connections to other services as needed. Scholarships applications are by invitation only.
