Ready4Work Application
Our Ready For Work program is for young adults (ages 18-24), and begins in September 2025. The program is designed to help young adults living in our community who are currently not working in their ideal career or who are unemployed. We provide a weekly stipend for students.
During the program, participants will have generalized instruction for job readiness as well as individualized attention to create a plan moving forward to achieve their employment goals. Following the 6 week intensive, participants will have the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship, internship, or be connected to another job program leading to further education in a specific field. If selected, students who participate will receive a weekly stipend and transportation support.
